Mister Air Transport Launches Independent Flights with Leased 757
Mister Air Transport has leased a Boeing 757-200PCF from AerSale to begin operating its own cargo flights in October 2026, shifting from chartering to direct control of its air network for e-commerce across Central and Eastern Europe.

Mister Air Transport is launching independent flight operations with a leased Boeing 757-200PCF freighter in October 2026. The Romanian-based cargo carrier secured the aircraft from AerSale Corporation.
Ireneusz Dylczyk, Chief Executive Officer of Mister Air, stated the move's significance. "This Boeing 757-200PCF marks an important milestone in Mister Air’s growth and the launch of our own flight operations," he said. The company, based at Łódź Władysław Reymont Airport (LCJ) in Poland, will manage operations for its significant shareholder, the logistics firm AerCommerce.
Strategic role of the 757-200PCF in Mister Air’s network
The Boeing 757-200PCF will serve middle-mile routes linking production and e-commerce hubs across Central and Eastern Europe. Mister Air provides scheduled and ad-hoc freighter services for express e-commerce and parcel cargo between Asia, the Middle East and the CEE region.
The aircraft is the initial building block for a dedicated medium-haul freighter fleet. Its combination of long range, high payload capacity, and operational reliability is suited to these middle-mile markets. The plane enables frequent, right-sized service on routes where larger widebody freighters are not commercially viable.
Operational and economic advantages of in-house flying
Operating under its own AOC allows Mister Air to control scheduling directly, optimize turnaround times, and lower costs compared to third-party charter solutions. This transition gives Mister Air and AerCommerce greater control over their supply chain services and scheduling flexibility.
The aircraft will be stationed at Łódź and deployed on behalf of AerCommerce's established international cargo customer base. Integrating the freighter into the LCJ hub is expected to enhance cargo throughput, expand regional connectivity, and support growing e-commerce demand. AerCommerce, headquartered in Łódź with a main operations office in Lublin, has more than 20 years of industry experience and is supported by US-based strategic investor Global Aviation Solutions.
AerSale’s role and market positioning in the transaction
For lessor AerSale Corporation, a NASDAQ-listed global aftermarket aviation specialist, the deal extends its leasing presence in Europe's cargo market. Craig Wright, AerSale’s senior vice president and head of asset management, highlighted the platform's appeal.
The 757 remains one of the most capable and sought-after platforms in its segment, and this transaction reflects both the strength of that asset class and AerSale’s ability to deliver flight-ready aircraft to operators pursuing ambitious growth, Wright observed. Ireneusz Dylczyk added that the 757's range and payload make it ideal for their customers, noting AerSale proved to be a professional partner throughout the process.
Mister Air's strategy includes parcel programs and worldwide special missions. The company plans to expand its dedicated freighter fleet in the coming years to meet contracted and anticipated demand.
